Action on Hearing Loss

We help people confronting deafness, tinnitus and hearing loss to live the life they choose. We enable them to take control of their lives and remove the barriers in their way.

Role and responsibilities

We’re looking for someone with the ability to tell stories that inspire people to support our cause, take action to address their hearing loss, and campaign for change.

We are passionate about the work we do and are looking for a highly organised and flexible person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can prioritise efficiently, and think creatively. You will be a team player with strong interpersonal skills, who will be confident in representing our organisation, and be willing to go the extra mile.

You will be able to build positive working relationships, have a strong command of the written word and an eye for new opportunities to make us stand out from the crowd.

You will be responsible for developing our social media channels, planning and delivering public facing events, liaising with the media, writing copy for our website and magazines and promoting our organisation.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to learn and work hard, and who wants to help us change the world for people who are deaf, have hearing loss or tinnitus.
