Property Asset Manager (Ref 16/17 – 05)
Full-time permanent
With experience of strategic asset management, undertaking property condition reviews, managing cyclical and planned maintenance programmes in line with statutory health and safety legislative requirements and managing a rolling programme of stock condition surveys. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, has meticulous attention to detail and who can help us plan for the future in maintaining and managing our growing housing stock.
Salary £32,183 – £35,619
