The successful candidate will assist the Commercial Property Manager with marketing and advertising for tenants across various Ashton properties and provide full administrative support.
The role responsibilities are:
Assist the Commercial Property Manager with marketing and advertising for tenants across various Ashton properties;
Ability to meet potential tenants to give viewings of properties;
Be a key-holder and ensure security of the building e.g. opening & closing procedures;
Providing clients with a full company secretarial service;
To check all payments received against the sales register and processed to relevant client accounts;
Drawing up contracts and processing invoices;
Provide professional and welcoming reception cover;
. Deal with enquiries from clients for bookings by email, by phone or in person in a professional manner
Prepare rooms for meetings and events; and overseeing catering arrangement
Effective diary management for events coordination.
Liaising with people in other buildings/premises to ensure there is the correct availability for venues and rooms
Maintain all administrative procedures including database and managing information systems
Ensure all records are filed appropriately
Ensure all stock levels are maintained and resources are available when necessary
To operate switch board being professional and co-operative to those requesting assistance
To ensure visitors are directed to the appropriate person/waiting area etc.
To undertake any other appropriate duties which may be reasonably allocated
To attend monthly project meetings with manager
To attend staff meeting when required
Maintain a strict code of confidentiality with all matters regarding are service users
To carry out all financial functions in accordance with Ashton Community Trust’s Financial Procedures as required.
