PROJECT WORKER - HARM REDUCTION – HSS15/18

Community Based – Derry/L’Derry

Based on an average of 35 hours per week

£16,230 pro rata per annum

As part of central and community outreach teams you will enable the teams to offer comprehensive services to individuals who have alcohol and or substance use issues, as well as relevant external agencies.

You will also target using harm reduction approaches to ‘substance use’ service users who engage with Depaul’s suite of services in the Derry/L’Derry area whose tenancies are at risk because of the consequences of their substance use.

Applicant’s should have one year’s paid (full-time equivalent) or two years voluntary experience (full-time equivalent) of working in the Community Development/Voluntary sector and hold a Certificate/Diploma or equivalent in a Community, Health or Social Science based subject.
