Project Officer – Beyond the Margins Project:
This is a groundbreaking pilot project that will build a youth-centred approach to the challenges of improving community policing across a key interface in north Belfast. The Project Officer will help train and support local volunteers and build awareness of policing structures and the human rights basis of policing. They will work with a wide range of organisations and stakeholders, and directly with teams of young people in the local communities.
Salary NJC Scale 6 - £22,688 per annum plus 6% pension
Two years from date of appointment – may be extended subject to additional funding
