PROJECT LEADER

Established since 1992, Springboard develops and delivers a range of learning and development programmes to build the capacity of young people and communities.  We are currently recruiting for the following position:

Project Leader (JobWorks programme)

Salary £24717

Full time (37.5 hours per week) to March 2018 (may be extended dependent upon funding)

The Project Leader will be responsible for working with young people and meeting their employability and personal development needs.

Key criteria for the successful candidate includes:

• Currently studying 3rd level related to development of people, for eg youthwork or  teaching or training and development or any other relevant area OR has 3rd level qualification relevant to the development of people for eg youthwork or teaching or training and development or any other relevant area.

• Minimum of two years experience working with young people within 18-24 age range

• Experience  in design /facilitation of employability /personal social and education workshops

• Experience of individual needs assessment, in mentoring and recording and reporting on work 

This position will be based at our North Street offices in Belfast.
