Essential Criteria for Professional Practice Tutors:
Degree in Youth and Community Work
- JNC qualified
- Working in youth and community setting for minimum of two years with supervisory responsibilities OR CYM graduate with at least one year post qualification practice experience
- Ability to reflect on practice
- Understanding of the ethos of the Christian faith, Youth Link: NI and Belfast Bible College
Essential Criteria for Dissertation Supervisors:
Working in youth and community setting for minimum of two years with supervisory responsibilities OR CYM graduate with at least one year post qualification practice experience
- Understanding of the ethos of the Christian faith, Youth Link: NI and Belfast Bible College
- experience of supervising youth work students
- Completed a research project at masters level OR having undertaken practice based research in their final year dissertation achieving a 2:1 honours classification or above.
