Preschool Leader

This post is to manage a preschool room and supervise the staff team

Essential Criteria:  

QCF Level 5 Diploma in Childcare or equivalent.

OR NVQ level 3 in Early Years Childcare, Learning and Development and Education (or equivalent) and be enrolled in course to achieve QCF level 5

 Plus   a minimum of 2 years working experience in the last 5 years in an early year’s setting, 1 years experience of managing staff,

Desirable Criteria:  

 BA in Early Years Childhood Studies or equivalent.Current First Aid, Safeguarding, Food Hygiene and Health & Safety training

 Hours:      Monday 8.30 am – 2.30  pm

                Tues - Fri  8.30 am  - 1.15 pm  term time

 Pay: £19,246 per annum pro rata
