Policy and Research Officer (Ref: JUL09/03) £24,089-£30,520

NICCY was created in October 2003 to safeguard and promote the rights and best interests of children and young people. We are looking for an experienced, effective and dynamic person to join our Policy and Research team.

The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the situation facing children in Northern Ireland, the policy context affecting them and have practical experience of using research methods to analyse government delivery against child rights standards. They will have experience of working with children and young people in a participatory way and have excellent communication skills.
