We are opening a new After School Club in Ballyholme, Bangor. We require a Playwork Assistant to assist in the day-to-day organisation and running of this new venture.
The post holder will be required to work as part of a team to provide quality childcare for the children attending our service, by using the core skills and knowledge in areas of child development. This role will encompass providing a safe, creative environment for 4 to 11 year olds and be involved in programming planning and all aspects of After School Club.
Essential Qualification: OCN Level 3 Childcare qualification, or equivalent
Salary: £15,407 pro-rata (YMCA Range D pt 3)
Hours of work: 20 hrs per week, term-time (39 wks per year)
Contract: Fixed Term contract until 30th June 2020 - may be extended
Responsible to: Playwork Supervisor
