- The play worker will be an integral member of the after school club and will need to be committed to BCDA’s community development ethos and community relations and equal opportunities policy.
- It is a challenging and creative post, requiring energy and sensitivity as well as an understanding of the needs of pre-school and school age children. The primary focus is to help the Play Work Coordinator support children growing up in a shared neighbourhood in our increasingly polarised city. It is an opportunity for someone with an interest in working with children, to test their abilities and develop their skills.
