Positive Futures is delighted to launch our newest Big Lottery funded project, Brighter Futures: an early intervention project for children under 12 years old with a disability, and their families.

We are seeking:

Personal Assistants
£7.24 per hour
12.5 hour per week and zero hour contracts available

 

What we expect of you
• Contribute to the development and review of outcome based support plans/person centred plans
• Work flexibly to support people to meet the outcomes identified within their support plan.
• Be involved in co-ordinating, planning and evaluating activities with people
• Support people to take part in community activities

 
What we need you to have
• Experience of supporting individuals with a learning disability, acquired brain injury or autistic spectrum condition.
• Possession of a full driving licence and access to a car insured for business purposes to enable the people we support, to be transported as required within their support plan.
