Part time Social Workers
Our Adult Placement Services recruit and support independent Placement Providers in the community, who can provide care and support in their home for adults with a learning disability.
The support provided to the individual may be short-term care (respite) or long term care.
18.75 hours per week available
Salary: £22,237 - £24,847 pro rata per annum

Main Purpose of Role
To work as a member of a Team in order to recruit, support and assess Placement providers providing respite to meet the needs of people with a learning disability and their families and/or carers.
To contribute to the delivering a high quality Adult Placement Service which offers flexible family-based support to adults with a learning disability and their families/carers to deliver our Mission:

Shortlisting Criteria:
- Diploma in Social Work or equivalent level qualification
- Experience of working with people with a learning disability
- Experience of Needs Assessment
