Maternity leave cover initially for 6 months with possible extension.
Family Mediation NI (FMNI) provides a family mediation service to separating and divorcing couples and others involved in family disputes at venues throughout Northern Ireland. The purpose of the post is to co-ordinate the delivery of this service. The post-holder will be part of a team which aims to deliver a high quality and professional service to clients, including children and young people, at all stages of the mediation process.
Essential Requirements Include:
- Five GCSE passes at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English and Maths
- RSA / OCR Stage II in Word Processing or European Computer Driving Licence (or equivalent)
- Experience of Microsoft Access Database or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience of working in project co-ordination or similar post in the voluntary sector. Including experience in client care on the telephone. Experience of working in a confidential environment. Administrative experience including diary / appointment management and statisical collation. Experience of dealing with a multitude of tasks in a methodical way and prioritise work.
Hours = 24 hours per week (work pattern negotiable)
Salary = NJC scale 6 spine point 26 (£22,443 per annum pro rata)
