We’re looking for a PA to our Chief Executive to cover maternity leave of approximately 10 months. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial, administrative and support services for the Chief Executive and the NICVA Management Group.

We support organisations ranging from grass roots community groups through to household name charities. We work across the public, private and voluntary community sector for positive social change.
PA to Chief Executive - Job role
In addition to other essential criteria (see person specification), by the closing date applicants must have the following experience and qualifications:
- Three years’ working experience in a PA role (or equivalent) working to a Chief Executive and/or to a Senior Manager/Senior Management Team to include:
- Preparation of meeting agendas
- Minute taking and presentation of minutes to relevant groups and individuals
- Producing reports to standard formats
- One year’s experience of planning for, organising and coordinating all aspects of meetings or events
- Proficient in the use of email, internet and the Microsoft Office suite
- Minimum of a Level 2 qualification in a relevant discipline (eg. Typing, Administration, Computer Skills or Word Processing)
