To deliver a high quality operational management function, which will effectively support the Internal and External operations of Bryson Care Children & Young Peoples Services, and ensure contractual requirements are met.
Essential Criteria
Child Care Qualification QCF level 3 or equivalent
5 GCSE’s at grade C and above including English Language
Minimum of 5 years experience in a management role within a Family & Childcare environment
Access to transport that will allow the candidate to fulfil the duties of the post
Other Essential Criteria
Experience of managing people
Experience of partnership and multi-agency/disciplinary working
Flexible approach to working hours
