To be a member of the Senior Management Team to manage, maintain and develop the Charity's resources and business processes to enable Quaker Service to achieve its vision. This is a new position and it is hoped the post holder will help to shape the role.

To be responsible for the following operational elements; Finance; IT and communications; Grant and Contractual Compliances and Reporting; Administration; Premises and Office Management; Health & Safety.  To assist the Director with Human Resources and Fundraising and to deputise for Director as appropriate.

Three years experience (Full-time) within the last 5 years at middle/senior management level in the voluntary/community/statutory social care sector with responsibility of office based staff.  Educated to third level/degree in an appropriate subject eg finance, IT, business studies, fundraising, human resources.  Three years relevant knowledge and experience at an appropriate level of financial management.  A full list of criteria is contained in the information pack.
