As an Office Manager, you will be involved in supporting the daily activities of both our Clients and Care Assistants, in a person-centred manner; promoting their dignity, independence and well-being, and becoming an integral part of their lives.
MAIN DUTIES AND TASKS
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of Store Units.
- Ensure all flat pack furniture is built to the require standard.
- Ensure the completion of all tasks.
Other Duties:
- To undertake all relevant staff training as required.
- As required support new staff to learn the job by assisting with induction programmes.
- To carry out any other duties as specified by the Housing Manager or the General Manager.
