The Night Support Worker is part of the staff team, providing services for adults who have a brain injury, physical disability and/ or associated conditions within the registered Supported Living setting.
Hours: 36 hours per week - Rota Based
Hourly Rate: 3 point scale commencing at;
Point 1 - £6.61
Point 2 - £6.81
Point 3 - £7.02
Candidates with NVQ Level 2 will commence on point 2 of the scale
Contract: Permanent
Location: Ardkeen
Essential:
- Numeracy & literacy (English language) skills.
- English GCSE at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Registered or agreeable to applying for registration with the N. Ireland Social Care Council.
- Demonstrable evidence of 6 months experience of providing physical care / support for individuals within the last 2 years.
Desirable:
- NVQ 2 (Health & Social Care) or equivalent
- Knowledge of RQIA (Regulation & Quality Improvement Authority)
- Knowledge of Physical Disability, Brain Injury and associated conditions.
