NIFHA represents and leads Northern Ireland’s housing association movement. We lobby and influence, promote our members’ work and provide a range of services.
With 3,000 staff, turnover of £215 million and a £3.5 billion asset base, housing associations are Northern Ireland’s largest charities and social enterprises. Our sector manages 47,000 homes, provides care & support and a range of community services.
In a period of unprecedented change NIFHA’s Board has a key role in ensuring we maximise opportunities for our members to deliver positive impacts in our community.
We are looking for high-calibre individuals who can provide strong strategic leadership, support and challenge to the team. Applicants are sought from diverse backgrounds with well developed governance skills including in strategic thinking, communication and analysis.
