Neighbourhood Renewal Coordinator

JOB PURPOSE

• § To provide professional support to the South West Belfast Neighbourhood Renewal Partnership and its sub-groups.
• § To support the Neighbourhood Renewal Partnership in the development and funding of the South WestBelfastNeighbourhood Action Plan, with specific responsibility for developing intra-community & cross thematic projects.
• § To liaise with other area workers & external agencies to achieve the required outcomes as identified in area Action Plan
• § To co-ordinate the implementation, review & evaluation of the Neighbourhood Action Plan.
