MindWise wish to recruit for the following post:
Housing Manager Ref: 12/REC/371 (Permanent)
Salary: £21,631.65 - £23,222.46 per annum
Location: Fortwilliam Haven Core and Cluster, Belfast
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Flexible to cover waking nights, sleepovers, early and late shifts and weekends)
MindWise supported housing services provides safe and supportive accommodation for individuals with severe mental illness and mental health difficulties. The service aims to encourage tenants to live independently in their own home and is progressive in the methods of identifying and meeting tenants needs within the service and in the wider community.
Essential Criteria:
- QCF Level 5 in Leadership in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
OR
A relevant qualification that allows you be registered with RQIA under the Domiciliary Care Standards
OR
Hold the relevant RQIA registration for Domiciliary Care
- At least one year’s experience of managing a service including managing a staff team
- At least two year’s experience of providing support to people with severe mental illness.
OR
At least three years’ experience of the above carried out in a voluntary capacity as a member of a voluntary organisation
- Demonstrate flexibility including working unsocial hours (weekends, nights and bank holidays)
