The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of a first class maintenance and stock investment programme. The post holder will need to manage competing demands on their time including the delivery of excellent customer service, the preparation of asset management strategies, adherence to statutory and regulatory best practice, performance monitoring and quality control. The ability to oversee office administration, excellent IT and management skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills are essential to this role.
