The Learning and Development Coordinator (LDC) is directly responsible for curriculum development, peer coaching and training support, as well as training delivery for both regular programmes and bespoke training events as required. The LDC is also responsible for the systematic gathering and analysing of quantitative and qualitative data for ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the Programmes. The post holder must be an experienced trainer and bring experience of Monitoring and Evaluation in the voluntary/community sector, ideally of training/capacity building programmes.
