UACF has successfully secured funding from the Big Lottery Fund’s Reaching Out: Empowering Young People programme.
- Establish and work with the Youth Steering Committee in the design, development and implementation of an Outreach Programme aimed at young people aged 8 to 20 year olds in the Andersonstown area.
Essential:-
A relevant third level Youth qualification plus 3 years in the last 5 years of working at management level /Co-ordination level in Youth initiatives.
3 years work experience in the last 5 years of working at senior youth level with demonstrable knowledge and experience of management in an inter-agency working environment detailing evidence of individual achievement within this area.
Minimum of 3 years experience designing and delivering personal development group work based programmes to young people.
Knowledge of issues directly affecting young people.
