Lead Nurse for Triage & Clinical Governance

Based at: Fold House, 3-7 Redburn Square, Holywood, BT18 9HZ

Reference: NL.TC.06

Hours: 27.75 hours per week

Essential Criteria:

• Registered Nurse - Part 1 of the live NMC Register and hold a relevant third level qualification (HND or BSc or higher in a Health or Social Care related subject), and at least 3 years recent experience at a senior clinical management level, managing the issues relating to care of chronic disease management / long term chronic condition management.
  Or, Registered Nurse - on part 1 of the live NMC Register and have 5 years recent relevant experience at senior clinical management level, dealing with the management of issues relating to care of older people / long term chronic condition management
• Evidence of post registration specialist qualification/ training in chronic disease management
• Expert knowledge of chronic disease management
• Experience of chairing and participating in internal and external meetings
• Able to set and monitor standards
• Ability to demonstrate experience of corporate and clinical governance
