LCD6310 - Support Worker (Supported Living) - 25 hours

£7.50 per hour for those aged 25+, £7.05 per hour for under 25s (subject to consultation)

Part time, 25 hours per week

The successful candidates will be required to visit the people who use our services in their own homes, providing personal care and undertaking practical care tasks to help them to maximise their independence in accessing local facilities and opportunities - including recreational, educational, and social and leisure opportunities. 

You will work in partnership with people who use our services encouraging choice, participation and motivation, whilst adhering at all times to the values of the organisation.

You will be required to work a variety of shift patterns and flexible hours when required, and to travel to fulfil the objectives of the job. You may be required to attend relevant meetings and training which may be held at different locations. You will work discreetly and maintain confidentiality.
