Omagh Support Services provides a range of community-based services that support people aged 16+ with a physical disability, sensory impairment and/or acquired brain injury across the Western Health and Social Care Trust area.

Support Workers are expected to ensure the effective delivery of the day opportunity support services to meet the social, educational, vocational and personal support needs of the people who use the service. They must also work with these individuals as well as the staff team to enable individuals to attain their full potential and maximise the options available to them.

Furthermore, they will work in partnership with the people who use the service whilst encouraging choice, participation and motivation, whilst adhering at all times to the values of the organisation.
