Key Workers - IFSS (Job Ref: SF/610/04/14)

Extern is a large charity which helps to improve the lives of children and adults facing challenging circumstances and makes communities safer across the island of Ireland.

We work in partnership with a variety of organisations including housing, criminal justice, heath, social services, education, employment and voluntary and community sectors to deliver a range of services.

EXTERN is delighted to have secured a significant new contract with the Health & Social Care Board for the provision of a new Intensive Family Support Service (IFSS) within the Belfast Trust region, commencing April 2014.

The Supporting Families directorate will be phasing in the new IFSS staff team over the next few months and is now recruiting for the following posts:

Key Workers – IFSS (Job Ref No. SF/610/04/14)

Full time, 40 hours per week including breaks

Salary: Circa £21,618 per annum (depending on experience & funding)

Contract Status: Continuous subject to funding and an initial six month review of operational requirements.

The initial phase of the project will be operating, temporarily, from EXTERN’s offices at Hydepark House, Mallusk while premises are being secured. Premises will be located in Belfast in due course.  Applicants must be able to work from any location within the Belfast area as determined by operational requirements.
