This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate with relevant experience to join Orchardville during a period of expansion and growth.
The post-holder will be responsible for providing direct support to people with Learning Disability and / or Autism Spectrum Condition. This will include:
- Supporting young people to develop their independence, confidence and decision making skills.
- Supporting young people within a social enterprise initiative (through group-based activity) to develop employability skills.
- Providing one-to-one support to Service Users whilst attending work placements with employers.

Location: Orchardville, 159 Belfast Road, Bangor, BT20 3PP
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 4.30pm)
Salary: £15,142.00 + 7% non-contributory pension (after qualifying period).
Holidays: 21 days + 12 statutory holidays (pro-rata to hours worked)
This is a fixed term post until June 2018
