Job Coach (Project Connect)

The post-holder will be responsible for providing direct support to people with Learning Disability and / or Autism Spectrum Condition. This will include:

• Supporting young people to develop their independence, confidence and decision making skills.
• Supporting young people within a social enterprise initiative (through group-based activity) to develop employability skills.
• Providing one-to-one support to Service Users whilst attending work placements with employers.

Job Title: Job Coach (Project Connect) (Ref:JCP/01/17)

Location: Orchardville, 159 Belfast Road, Bangor, BT20 3PP

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 4.30pm)

Salary: £15,142.00 + 7% non-contributory pension (after qualifying period).

Holidays: 21 days + 12 statutory holidays (pro-rata to hours worked)

This is a fixed term post until June 2018
