Integrated Care Partnerships (ICPs)are multi-sector collaborative networks of health and social care providers.The role of the ICP Third Sector Co-ordinator will be to help build a strong vision for the third sector’s role within ICPs.
This post will have an office base within a Third Sector organisation, location to be agreed. Duties of the post will require travel to various locations throughout Northern Ireland.
Duration: Temporary/Secondment Until March 2016 in the first instance. Secondments from Third Sector organisations are encouraged. Applicants seeking a secondment should ensure they have the approval of their employing organisation before applying.
