Background
The post holder’s primary role will be to assist the HR Manager in providing a high quality, cost effective HR Service that meets customer needs and corporate objectives.
Based at: Fold House, 3-7 Redburn Square, Holywood, BT18 9HZ
Reference: HRO.HR.11
Hours: 37 hours per week
Essential criteria:
- Experience of employee relations case management to include, discipline, grievance and investigation participation
- Experience of administering sickness and absence procedures
- Comprehensive knowledge of current and pending employment legislation
- IT Literate, including extensive experience of HR Information Systems and associated reporting packages
