The Northern Ireland Association for Mental Health (Niamh) is the largest specialist mental health and wellbeing organisation in Northern Ireland. Niamh’s annual turnover is in excess of £9 million and has a staff complement approaching 300 people.
Niamh are currently looking for a Human Resources Officer (Grade 1) to join the Human Resources team.
Human Resources Officer (Grade1), 37 hrs, Permanent Ref: N/HR/12/46
Salary: £16,395 - £17368
Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Officer will be responsible for providing a professional HR service to staff and management that complies with legislation and incorporates best practice across the organisation. The post holder will be key driver in the implementation of the HR system currently being introduced within Niamh. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing recruitment campaigns in a timely and professional manner.
