HR Advisor required for a high profile manufacturing company based in County Down.
Job Role
- Assist the Head of HR with Recruitment & Selection, Talent Retention, Occupational Health, Payroll and Employee Relations.
- You will attend meetings with Department Managers and/or individual employees in reviews of sickness or other absences as required.
- Providing advice and assistance to ensure the consistent implementation of the disciplinary and grievance policies and procedures, attending hearings and appeals as the HR representative and drafting correspondence as required.
- Work on a variety of HR projects as required to fulfil the HR Business Plan.
- Daily Reporting of labour including Costs.
Essential Criteria
- Have previous experience in a similar role.
- CIPD Qualified.
- Ability to prioritise and manage own work
- Good knowledge of employment legislation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
