HR Advisor

Job Role

• Assist the Head of HR with Recruitment & Selection, Talent Retention, Occupational Health, Payroll and Employee Relations.
• You will attend meetings with Department Managers and/or individual employees in reviews of sickness or other absences as required.
• Providing advice and assistance to ensure the consistent implementation of the disciplinary and grievance policies and procedures, attending hearings and appeals as the HR representative and drafting correspondence as required.
• Work on a variety of HR projects as required to fulfil the HR Business Plan.
• Daily Reporting of labour including Costs.

Essential Criteria

• Have previous experience in a similar role.
• CIPD Qualified.
• Ability to prioritise and manage own work
• Good knowledge of employment legislation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
