To manage a patch of Fold's housing stock, delivering a comprehensive housing management service to Fold's residents as directed by Area Housing Managers.
Based at: North West Office, Unit 1, Springtown Industrial Estate, Derry, BT48 0LY
Position Reference: HO.HM.20
Hours: 37 hours per week
Essential Criteria:
- At least 1 year's experience in social housing across a range of housing management functions.
- Knowledge of current housing policy and issues.
- Full valid driver's license and access to a car/able to fulfil any mobility requirements of the post.
- Computer literacy
