The successful candidate will possess relevant legal and regulatory knowledge and will have housing management experience including allocations, arrears management, dealing with anti-social behaviour, extensive experience of producing, implementing and monitoring policies and procedures and have excellent IT skills (SDM desirable).
As an excellent communicator, who preferably holds a Degree in Housing Studies, you will also be committed to improving work processes and systems to enhance service delivery and performance.
