Housing Floating Support Worker, L’Derry / Derry
Salary: £13,722 to £15,834 per annum pro rata
Hours: 30 per week
Locality: One Stop Shop, L’Derry / Derry
Contract: Position is reviewed on an annual basis, subject to funding
Essential:
- Experience of providing housing support to clients &/or experience working with people with an Autism Spectrum Condition.
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team, meet timescales, be innovated & make appropriate decisions.
Desirable:
- NVQ II in Health & Social Care Housing or a relevant equivalent qualification
