Based at: Gnangara HWC Scheme, Sligo Road, Enniskillen

Position Reference: HWCM.GN.01

Hours: 40 hours per week

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years Managerial experience (within last 5 years) in supported housing or residential care setting.
• Knowledge and understanding of the needs of older people with dementia and how their needs may be addressed by person-centred support and care planning.
• Knowledge and experience in the custody, control and administration of medicines.
• Knowledge and awareness of relevant statutory regulations and RQIA minimum standards.
