For 2 Small Housing with Care, Residential Homes for Older People in East Belfast 

37hrs per week   

Salary:  £37,558.58 - £42,992.09 per annum

A bit about the role

We are looking for a Home Manager who can lead us through a transitional period of change.  Giboney House in Mount Merrion Avenue, Belfast is home to 15 residents and De La Cour House, based in Woodcot Avenue, Belfast is home to 13 residents.  Both offer a safe, homely environment ensuring our residents feel comfortable in their homes.  The homes are registered with RQIA for frail older people including those with dementia. Our great team of staff provide a person-centered care and support service placing the residents’ needs, dignity and respect as their highest priority.

Managing both homes, you will ensure the smooth integration of services and team working at both locations. You will be versatile, motivated and self-driven.  With strong leadership skills you will engage, empower and motivate your team and inspire and encourage them to identify and develop their confidence and be the best they can be.
