Helpline Adviser (Belfast)
Location: Belfast

Salary: £20,290 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Permanent
Our Helpline Advisers provide information, advice and emotional support to people who contact the Society’s Helpline service.
You will have direct experience and knowledge of working in a helpline service and an understanding of relevant social policy, welfare rights, health and social care issues that affect people living with dementia.
You will have well developed written communication skills with substantial experience of responding to helpline emails.
Applicants must possess a degree and excellent written and spoken English skills. You will be self-motivated, able to work well under pressure and a good team player. Above all, you must have a real commitment to providing a high quality information and support service to people affected by dementia.
