Hear to Help Co-ordinator Belfast

Our “Hear to Help” Programme works throughout Northern Ireland to ensure that people who are deaf and hard of hearing receive the support and information needed to lead quality lives. This is through practical hearing aid support and in the delivery of information.

You’ll assist us to attract, train and support volunteers who will work alongside you in the development and delivery of the Hear to Help project. You will also support other staff in the delivery of the project.

Friendly, approachable and with excellent organisational skills, you’ll be able to bring a knowledge of best practice in volunteer policies and procedures as well as experience of working directly with volunteers.  You’ll need access to your own transport to be able to carry out duties of the job.
