Garden Cafe Kitchen assistant casual - Job Description KACD.02.16

Responsible for the efficient serving of customers, assisting with the day to day running of the coffee shop.

The duties include assisting the team in supporting people with learning disabilities learn and develop cooking and serving skills and complete accredited NVQ training.

Responsible for assisting with food display, cleaning the front of house, meeting and greeting customers, taking orders and serving, clearing tables, operating the till and other required duties, the post holder must ensure the Coffee Shop customer service is of the highest standard, in order to meet the needs of trainees and the customers. Responsible for following all quality standards and legal requirements in respect of customer service, hygiene and health and safety and environmental health.
