You will have excellent relationship building and presentation skills, you will be happy to work in a small, collaborative team, and ideally (but not essentially) you will have professional fundraising experience and prior knowledge of fundraising networks. You will definitely demonstrate a natural flair for engaging potential donors, and you must be prepared to work to set targets, in a pressured environment.
