Full and part-time Support Workers in North Down & Ards

We are seeking to recruit a number of full-time support workers to support individuals with all aspects of their daily life.  We are looking for individuals who can offer plenty of initiative and patience, well organised, team focused and flexible.  If you don’t already have QCF Level 2 in health and social care or equivalent, you must be willing to study for this key qualification.  You must have experience of working for at least 6 months in a paid capacity with people with learning disabilities.  Post-holders must have a full clean UK driving licence with access to a car on a daily basis.

The role will require working on a rota basis to include evenings, weekends and sleep ins. Sleep ins are paid at £32.00 per night.

Post-holders must be in agreement with the ethos of Prospects.
