Finance/Administration: 30 hrs per week. This position is funded up to 31 March 2018 with the potential of a further 2 years employment.
Essential Qualification:
IT qualification to GCSE standard or above. GCSE level Maths and English or equivalent with an IT qualification to a high standard (GCSE or ‘B’ Tech).
Essential skills:
- Competent in computer skills particularly excel spreadsheets
- General administrative skills to support Project Manager
- Communication skills
- Preparation of monthly accounts for Project Manager/Board
- Maintaining financial records of transactions in various accounts
- Maintaining spreadsheet to show budgets monthly for Project Manager
- Maintaining and updating Monitoring and Evaluation Returns each month
Desirable skills:
- Have experience or worked in the victims sector
- Knowledge of the South Armagh area.
