Finance Officer (part-time)

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing accurate financial administration, excellent customer service, advice, guidance and query resolution to the organisation and its clients.

Working hours

This is a permanent part time position for either 2 or 3 days per week (15 - 22.5 hours). The successful applicant can choose to work either:

Monday and Tuesday (15 hours per week) or

Monday, Tuesday and Friday (22.5 hours per week)

Criteria

The successful applicant must have:

• A minimum of 5 GCSEs Grade C or above including English and Mathematics (or equivalent)
• A minimum of 2 years paid work experience, gained during the last 5 years, of financial administration, including bank and cash reconciliations, credit control to include a minimum of one year’s experience of direct customer service, either face to face or by telephone.
• Good working knowledge of a computerised accounting package which uses nominal ledger, sales and purchase ledger invoice processing.

Benefits / Salary

£20,253 - £22,212 (pro rata)
