The post holder will support the Trust in maintaining financial and administrative systems required for the efficient running and good governance of several projects. Please send your CV through email.

  1. Support the Administrator in the management of procurement, financial returns, invoices and payments. 
  2. Complete any typing, word processing as required in partnership with the Administrator 
  3. Be responsible for the filing of papers and information as required for auditing purposes 
  4. Be responsible under the authority of Senior Staff for monitoring information for the project. 
  5. Complete monthly financial reports for the steering committee and board of Trustees. 
  6. Ensure that all policies and procedures are available to funders and good practice applied within the charity. 
  7. Any other duties as required by the Director or Board members.
