The post holder will support the Trust in maintaining financial and administrative systems required for the efficient running and good governance of several projects. Please send your CV through email.
- Support the Administrator in the management of procurement, financial returns, invoices and payments.
- Complete any typing, word processing as required in partnership with the Administrator
- Be responsible for the filing of papers and information as required for auditing purposes
- Be responsible under the authority of Senior Staff for monitoring information for the project.
- Complete monthly financial reports for the steering committee and board of Trustees.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are available to funders and good practice applied within the charity.
- Any other duties as required by the Director or Board members.
