Family Support Worker - Splash SureStart

The Family Support Worker will:

• work with parents and children to develop their skills, esteem and self-confidence and link them into a wider social and community network. The Worker will also liaise with voluntary and statutory organisations to enhance the child’s development opportunities.
• be required to assist the SureStart team in delivering innovative initiatives in a flexible programme as identified in the project proposal.
• carry out initial introductory home visits to registered families. And carry out planned home visits to families who require support.
