JOB BACKGROUND:
The Department for Employment Learning (DEL) launched the ‘Pathway to Success’ strategy in June 2012 designed to address the significant issue of young people who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET).
DEL’s aspiration is that, by 2020, every young person will not only have an opportunity to access education, training or other preparation for employment but, to the extent that they are able, also avail of that opportunity.The Community Family Support Programme (CFSP) is an initiative designed to help disadvantaged families make life changing decisions to enhance their prospects and become full participants in society. The programme will also support families with a high level of need in developing their capacity to reach their full potential.
