Director, CIH National Business Units

Reporting to the Chief Executive and as an Executive Director you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight of CIH’s work across the jurisdictions of Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.  Working with the national directors in Wales and Ireland there will be an emphasis on growing an integrated approach to the delivery of CIH services across our National Business Units.　

An inspirational communicator you will be able to  demonstrate evidence of setting strategy and delivering organisational  change through strong leadership skills.   

You will have significant strategic experience at an Executive and/or Board level, ideally gained in the housing industry and a strong policy background.

We are offering a benefits package in excess of £80k per annum with opportunities for performance related salary progression.
